We just purchased a whole kitchen appliance set from Joe’s, they were very friendly and easy to work with! They delivered and installed the appliances and did a great job. Their prices are just as good as big box stores around but you won’t get the customer service like you do here! We are very happy we bought our appliances here and we would highly recommend them!

I have worked with Joe's several times to either repair or purchase a new appliance. They have always been so helpful, friendly, and timely! I also appreciate their knowledge on different appliance options and they do their best to pair you with the one that is best for you (not the most expensive one that makes them the most $ ;) )! We knew we wanted to go with Speed Queen with the next washer & dryer. The existing Maytag's were pretty old. The other morning the washer quit mid load with hot motor smell in the room. At 8 am I called Joe's and by 11 am we had a new washer and dryer installed even though we live 20 miles away from the store. We are very pleased. Thank you Joe's TV & Appliance.

We recently purchased a Cafe Slide-in Dual Fuel range to replace our previous slide in range. The sales staff answered all of our questions and provided excellent customer service in the purchasing process. During installation, the installers took the time to make additional adjustments to get the range to fit and look just right in the existing space. Again, excellent customer service was provided. We purchased a gas stove from Joe’s recently and had a great experience. The sales person was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer our questions. When the guys came to install the stove, it turned out to be more difficult than usual due to an interesting remodel job at one time. Deciding on which mattress to purchase was a great experience. Sheila was very knowledgeable and not high pressure. The reason I gave 4 stars is because one of the delivery men must have had grease or something on his shoes, leaving spots on our carpet that were difficult to get out. Disappointing when you pay for delivery.

Prices at Joe’s are comparable and many times cheaper than big box or chain stores. Joe is honest and wants what’s best for you. My new Speed Queen washer was installed yesterday by two guys who cared about their work. They initially came to install my washer, but my plumbing attachments were bad. I was able to get those repaired and the guys came back the same day to finish the installation job. There was no need to reschedule a later date, and no extra charge.

Joe's TV & Appliance has helped me purchase a few used items and most recently a brand new washing machine. I've gone through 4 used washing machines in the past year and a half and I knew I wanted to invest in a good one that would last me a long time. I was helped immediately when I entered the store and was guided to a great washing machine that should last me 10-15 years. They were able to install it sooner than I expected and even switched the door on my dryer so it opened in a more convenient way! All of my interactions with Joe's has been amazing. They've gone above and beyond what I could have asked.

I recently purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Joe's. After looking locally, I called and spoke to Gina who explained they had several models in stock. She directed me to their website, but also explained the differences between the models over the phone which was extremely helpful. I was super impressed with the customer service so decided it was worth the drive. Once arriving at the store, we had another salesman offer a thorough explanation of the different machines. They weren't pushy, just very helpful. We were able to take it home that day. After the sale, they followed up with an email offering tips on how to get the best performance from our new Speed Queen which was very helpful.We recently purchased all new kitchen appliances from a big box store in town. I only wish I would have known about Joe's sooner because this has been a totally different and personal experience. I have already recommended Joe's to a few friends. We will be back for sure.

I had a dehumidifier stop working and to return it and deal with the manufacturer was going to be a huge issue. I stopped down at Joe’s where I purchased it and because it was still under warranty they took in the old one and gave me a brand new one! Joe’s TV is great to work with. Very knowledgeable when getting you the right appliance for your needs and wants. The delivery crew worked late to get us the delivery on the scheduled date. They take away your old appliances and install the new. Even on a late evening they took the time to train and give a few pointers on best practices with my new washer and dryer.

The staff, especially Shirley, was amazingly helpful and kind. We had ordered a stove elsewhere back in November, and the delivery date kept getting pushed out. We have been customers of Joe's Appliance since 2008, and have never had a negative experience. Over the years we've purchased used, new and last-year model appliances, and have found their prices in all these categories competitive and fair. We've bought washers, dryers, fridge, upright freezer, dishwasher and two stoves, and even a mattress! Best of all, their service department and customer service in store is also good. In store, we've never felt pressured and staff strike a great balance of helpfulness without hovering. When we've needed repairs, installations, removals or estimates, they've been responsive and fast.

We recently bought a Frigidaire Gallery dishwasher here when our old dishwasher died. Our refrigerator freezer went out Christmas eve morning! Needless to say we were in a bit of a panic. We called Joe's and Gina answered the phone and completely took all of our concerns away. She found out the size and color we were looking for and assured us that she was sure they had something on the show floor. She emailed us pictures and dimensions and had found the perfect refrigerator. Even though it was Christmas eve and her delivery man we're set to be done at noon she assured us that they would be able to deliver it and they did! I cannot say enough about the good service we received from Joe's TV, namely Gina!

We have always been very pleased with the prices and service, but our most recent purchase really showed us how great this business is. Our chest freezer went out, and at 3pm, I whizzed in with three young kids in tow. Normally I love a good haggle, but this time I just needed help, fast. Staff not only helped me chose a new freezer, but provided complimentary delivery and installation for this secretly panicking lady! Even though I am a Sioux Center customer, by 5pm I had a new freezer in place, and all my food was saved. This is when local businesses truly shine! Service that truly goes beyond the big-box stores.
