I love my new stove, but shortly after purchasing I had a pot boil over and the glass top now has small chips on the burner. Oven is great! AirFryer option is an awesome addition. I now use it instead of my small AirFryer oven. Overall I am satisfied with our choice.

Error code and impossible to find why

I can't believe that after one hour of research, I still don't know WHY my oven showed me that error code and that I can't find or contact anyone to answer me. What kind of service is that ??

We needed a new stove as our oven threw a heat temperature sensor code while we were away. We ordered a part and when we pulled the stove away to install the part, we realized that the wires were scorched and were in immediate need of a new stove. Went to a local appliance store and walked out of there that morning with a new stove. It is way better than and also an upgrade from the one we had! We love the fact that it's convection (new to us) and we can air-fry in the oven. We DO have a free-standing air fryer too.

I had a GE Profile range for many years. I am still getting use to my new Frigidaire Gallery electric range. I have not used the air fry feature yet. I have no complaints. I have baked and used convection oven and regular oven. Both features worked very well. The more I use it the more I will love it. I bake more than I actually cook.

Great Range with Excellent Features but Bad Experience Getting Optional Air Fry Tray

The Frigidaire Gallery 30™€ Electric Range with Air Fry (Model GCRE3060AFG) installed by the builder of our new home has the air fryer function, but did not have the Air Fryer Tray (Pan and Rack) required to take advantage of the air fry feature. I order the tray ($108.09) from FrigidaireApplianceParts.com for my model GCRE3060AFG range. After receiving my order, I noticed the box indicated it was a 27™€ try but I tried to install the rack and it would not fit in my oven. The Air Fryer Rack was one inch to long. The opening in my oven is 24 3/8™€ wide and the existing oven racks are 24 3/16™€ wide. However, the Air Fryer Rack sent to me is 25 3/16™€ wide (long). See attached photos showing measurements. On October 21st, I contacted the Frigidaire Replacement Parts number 1-888-343-4948 listed in shipping confirmation e-mail as the number to call for not the right part. I informed the Representative of the one-inch to long deficiency. The Representative informed me that the part number 4960328 was the correct part for my model GCRE3060AFG range. I informed her that the part number on file may match my oven but the actual part does not fit. I gave her the measurements stated above and sent her pictures to prove it. She informed me the the photos were sent to the research department. Without any further communication, I received a replacement part on October 25th. The replacement part was exactly the some as the original part. It was one-inch too long. I contacted Frigidaire Parts again and informed the Representative of the issue with both the original and replacement part size discrepancy. After conferring with ™€œthe team™€ the Representative informed that the parts I was sent are correct for my model range, but since I say they do not fit, she arranged to have FEDEX pick them both up and I was given a full refund. I was thankful to get my money back but still did not have a air fryer tray/rack for my oven. After researching several web sites for a compatible air fray tray, I went back to the frigidaire.com site except I went to ™€œAccessories then Cooking then Air Fry Trays then selected the Frigidaire Series then scrolled down to the Ready Cook Range Tire Fry Tray (AIRFRYTRAY) and found the measurements would work in my oven. I also checked to confirm my model number compatible. I placed the oder ($63.99) and upon receipt it fit perfectly. Bottomline: If you need an Air Fry Tray for your Frigidaire Gallery 30™€ Electric Range with Air Fry, get it from the frigidaire.Com/Accessories site for a reduced price of $41.59 as of 11/14/23. Even though the Frigidaire Appliance Parts did do the right thing with a full refund for parts that did not fit, I would not take the risk of going through what I did plus today™€™s price from them has gone up to $111.98. The real solution would be for Frigidaire to just include the optional air fry tray with the ovens having that feature. After getting the right try, the feature worked great.
