Beautiful stovetop

The stovetop was installed easily and works well. I like the knobs rather than touch top controls so no one accidentally turns it on. The fact that they are in the front of the appliances limits the size of a griddle that can be used, and I still haven™€™t found the right one. My rating of less than 5 stars is because there was no instruction manual nor suggested accessories like the proper sized griddle pan that could be purchased, as I would have done that.

Great cooktop with 1 thing I wish would be different

We have the cooktop since May 2022. I regularly cook and love the cooktop. The different function of the Power Plus and Bridge function are great. The Keep warm zone location is the only thing I would change. The function is great but it is in the middle of the front but personally I would appreciate it more in the back so the item to keep warm is out of the way. A personal preference and may not be noteworthy for others. Still , I would buy the cooktop again as it has great quality .

Love the cook top! It heats up super-fast compared to my old cooktop. Having the control knobs in stainless steel and in the front instead down the side gives it a more modern look. The stainless-steel accent helped tie it in with all of my other stainless-steel appliances, adds I nice touch.

It took three months before the Frigidaire technicians realized that they didn't have the technical expertise to fix the cooktop. During the three months, Frigidaire personnel told me NOT to use the cooktop for safety reasons.

The stove warms up pretty quickly but it takes forever to cool off. So if you put it on high, and then need to lower it to simmer something, it takes forever to lower the temperature. I have burned so much food on it, it™€™s sad. The temperature of the numbers is also very inconsistent. Sometimes I put it on low and it barely warms up and sometimes it will quickly burn something on the same setting. Very hard to work with.

I love how the bridge actually heats with 1 burner or 2 depending on the the size griddle being used. Having 5 areas to cook is convenient and I love the speed boil. I did have to get new cookware but I was expecting that. The only disappointment is the control knobs limit the width size of a double griddle that can be used effectively. Also, there are limited double griddles made for the induction stovetops.

We bought this cooktop a month ago and we've been pleased. While a little expensive, it;s very attractive and there are a couple of the features are worth noting -- The power plus burner really performs as advertised and the bridge element allows even cooking over both burners on the left. From our perspective, the bridge element was a very key feature. There are a couple of known negatives -- The placement of the "keep warm zone" in the middle front takes up prime real estate and the location of the control panel is pretty restrictive. Unfortunately, the control location impedes our ability to use our long gridle on the bridged double burner. We will have to buy a different griddle in order to use the main feature. So, while we certainly recommend this product, we want future buyers to be more aware of the limitations.

I bought this cooktop a couple of months ago to replace a broken cooktop from another brand. I love the features of this cooktop. I especially like the heavy duty and precise feel of the control knobs; the layout of the 4 burners and warming zone; as well as the quick and precise heating of the elements. You do have to watch the large burner and keep the heat at Medium (5) or lower for most things except boiling water. I start on Medium and drop it to 4 once it has reached the right temperature for a proper sear. It works perfectly when you follow the strategy above especially for sautÃing, but it can burn your food and pan if you start off too hot and leave it alone unless you are boiling water. The double burners and bridge work great. This is a nice feature for cooking pancakes. I™€™ve also used it to cook a row of burgers and toast the buns at the same time. Also the placement of the right side large burner centered vertically is very well designed for single pan recipes. I like that you can move the pan to the center to keep it warm in the warming zone as well.

After tons of research, I bought the Frigidaire Professional Cooktop and love it! It fit perfectly which is huge alone and the arrangement/size of the burners is ideal. Especially love the bridge feature and purchased a Cuisart griddle off Amazon which fits perfectly. Pancakes and eggs turned out great first time! Last night fish fillets and asparagus - so easy. Very happy with control knobs versus digital - simple, straightforward and no countless touching to change temp. Thanks for making an excellent, beautiful product!

I bought it a couple of months ago and just installed it about 10 days ago. After removing the tape that holds down the control nobs i noticed the glass surface was broken in several places. I contacted frigidaire and they said they do not cover cosmetic issues. It's like buying a new car with a broken windshield and warranty considers it cosmetic. VERY DISAPPOINTED
