I have read many of the reviews left here and I agree with most. Sleek design, good lighting, great deli drawer, etc. Some say the unit runs very quiet. A few say the motor runs loud and this is what I want to leave a review about. The loud motor. I sure wish the Famous Tate salesperson would have mentioned this because it is what bugs me the most. I don't notice it so much during the day but at night when all else is quiet. The refrigerator is not. If was going to get the Gallery refrigerator in this line, would it have been the same?. I did not because there was a delay with delivery so the sales rep talked me into this one.

Brand New- Already having Problems

This fridge came with our new home. Within a few weeks of usage, the ICE maker stopped working and the bottom door "seal" is already malfunctioning. If you close the freezer door slightly more firm than the fridge "likes", the bottom door will crack open just enough that you wont notice. Not until the door alarm starts to beep. So now we're having to buy bags of ice so we can have ice, and we have to constantly check the bottom door to make sure it's closed.

Consistently held temperature & great use of space!

This fridge keeps a consistent temperature that is right where it should be, and it seems to hold more stuff than our previous fridge even though it™€™s the same size and overall layout! We™€™re very happy with it so far. Fridge items are very chilled no matter where we™€™ve placed them (back vs front, high vs low, door vs interior), and freezer items have frozen quickly and we haven™€™t noticed any issues stemming from too-long cycling of the chilling period. (Our previous fridge would always allow things ™€" like ice cream and ice cubes ™€" to noticeably start thawing a little bit before the cycle would kick in again.) We are happy with this purchase!

After 5 authorized service calls, Top freezer still malfunctioning

Every time I call customer service and customer service begins looking at the file, the call drops. Coincidence??? On the last service call your appliance tech installed a new compressor. That was Thursday, May 12. Gettin the compressor took about 4 weeks. Top freezer compartment has icicles in it. That was also the issue before compressor died. Freezer temp range: O to 15+ degrees. Customer service drops my calls. I NEED A WORKING REFRIGERATOR. If this is the way you treat your customers, I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER FRIDGIDARE APPLIANCE.

We purchased this model a few years ago from Home Depot. Everything seems to work fine only issue is the cheaply made door guards which have all broken except for 1. Nothing heavy packed or crammed onto the shelves. Just weak plastic parts. My family™€™s always bought Frigidaire appliances, however, if everything is this poorly made now this will be the last time. Very disappointed.

I bought this fridge about a year ago and the stainless steel doors are already rusting. The rust in at least thirty different spots. Frigidaire will not cover this because they offer only a year of warranty. Pretty ridiculous! It took three calls and over two hours in wait time to get to speak with someone over there and the answer was - we don't cover it.

My old refrigerator died unexpectedly so I had to get a new one quickly. The space in my kitchen is very limited so the old refrigerator was wedged in so tight that I couldn™€™t even pull it out for cleaning. I was so excited to find this Frigidaire that was the perfect size to fit in the space and still have room for air to circulate around it. I LOVE my new ice maker as my old one had quit working years ago. I had forgotten how wonderful it is to have ice any time you need it.

We have a narrow space which limited our choices, so finding this refrigerator with 20.4 cubic feet was great! It's been performing well, keeping everything uniformly cold. I love that there's an alarm that goes off if you leave the refrigerator door open too long. Only downside is that I wish it had an alarm for the freezer as well, but that's OK.

Well, my husband opened the refrigerator door yesterday to have the second door shelf fall off the door. Filled with salad dressing, etc. it crashed onto the NEW stone kitchen floor and broke three bottles. The crash splashed onto our new stone kitchen floor AND onto our new carpet also just installed in March. God what a mess. We were preparing for a dinner party last night, cleaning up as much as we could and trying to clean the carpet. The shelf did not break off, just dislodged from the door. Sorry I don't have a photo, we were panicing trying to get it cleaned before our company arrived.Secondly, I like the refrigerator however I didn't realize there was no light in the freezer.Such a simple thing but also so important and necessary. My bad for not noticing it was not included.

I order this refrigerator maybe 5 months ago took 4 months for it to be in stock.I like the layout better then my old freezer bottom unit I had.This unit has plenty of room, more than my old one (old had larger footprint). The shelves are not as study as I hoped in the freezer it bows a little when fully loaded.LED lights in the frig part is nice and bright, but I wish there was light in the freezer half. The refrigerator stays nice and cold with low noise. In the kitchen you can hear it, but a room away you can™€™t. Sometimes when the compressor runs you can hear the tubing creak a little due to the temperature change. I™€™m ok with that as the refrigerator doesn™€™t run that often.I give it a 4 out of 5

No frills but this fridge (which came with the house I bought) has been great - it keeps food cold and fresh. One minor annoyance has been that when I try to get things out, the door opens wider and wider until it's fully open, letting a lot of cold air out (i.e. the door hinge is too loose).

The look of the refrigerator is very updated. There are a few noises that the manual said are natural so after understanding that, I breathed easier. Once the door is open, it stays in that position until you close it. Just something to get used to.

This was back-ordered for over a month and was well worth the wait. It's spacious, has great storage capacity and lighting. I'd highly recommend this fridge to anyone.
