its been great so far, I do like that it was thinner so we didn't have trouble getting it in the back door like the last one we had with a door handle this one is made in the side of the door , my last one lasted 7 yrs , hoping this one last longer , wish it had more shelf's and I do love the door shelf's, the are closed up at the bottom so your stuff ain't falling out and hitting you in the foot when you open the door , frozen food hurts .

We wanted an American manufactured freezer, we ordered a Whirlpool to replace our old unit, but it failed after only 3 days and the high temp alarm did not sound. So, we lost all of our food. Your unit is great, easy to set up and level, straight forward instructions and clean lines. Our only compliant is the temperature control and on off switch is located down low and in the back which is difficult for us older folks to get to. You should relocate to the top and on the side where it can easily be reached without getting on your knees.

The only thing I don't like about it is that I would prefer if it had another shelf right in the middle of the freezer as there is much wasted space because most freezer items are just not that tall.
